Commitment

Your financial commitment to the classes is for the entire current season. By registering in Rudance School you understand that there are no refunds for dropped classes and accept this commitment.

Registration and Enrollment

Registration and enrollment can be done only in-person. At enrollment, your account will automatically reflect tuition and attire costs specific to each class and student. Your balance may not yet reflect discounts for unlimited class enrollment, performing classes, costumes or shows (if applicable). Payments may be made in person by debit card, credit card (additional 3% processing fee), cash or check.

Credit Cards Online

A family must authorize a credit card in their online account to be automatically processed when payment comes due. In addition payments may be made in person by credit card, cash or check.

Dress Code

Dress code is required for class participation and will be strictly enforced.

TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

• If you purchase a 6 month dance package, you must complete the dance classes within the 1st year. 3 month packages ust be completd within 6 months of purchase. We do not issue refunds or credits after the 1st year/6 month time limit is up. 
• Holidays/Emergencies Policy: We will allow absences up to 2 times. Please contact your instructor to ask about make-up classes. After the third absence, we are unable to provide make-up classes.
• We are not responsible for injuries occurred by students in our dance school.
• All group & private lessons are 45 minutes long. 
• There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private lessons whether you have a standing lesson or not. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we must hear from you at least 24 hours before that lesson in order to avoid charging you for that lesson. 
• Do not leave voicemail. Talk to us or email at rudanceny@gmail.com. If you cancel on the day of your lessson, a lesson will be deducted from your Private Lesson Package. If you purchased a single Private Lesson and cancel the day of the booking, that lesson will be charged and you will have to pre-pay for a new lesson._
